1. Overview and Purpose
1.1 - This Shipping and Returns Policy (Shipping and Returns Policy) applies to Rygg Trading Pty Ltd ACN 647 806 102 and its associated entities (our, us or we).
1.2 - By purchasing a product or products (Products) from our website at rygg.au (Website), you will be deemed to have consented to this Shipping and Returns Policy. If you do not agree to our Shipping and Returns Policy, you should not purchase a product or service from us.

2. Shipping of Products
2.1 - We use a variety of shipping providers.
2.2 - Orders will be shipped within seven (7) to ten (10) business days of the order being placed.
2.3 - Once your order has been dispatched, our team will provide you with confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order.
2.4 - For domestic and international purchases, shipping rates vary depending upon your country or the country you are shipping to and will be calculated at checkout.
2.5 - Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes applicable to your country or the country that you are shipping to. You will be responsible for additional charges incurred for customs clearance. Customs policies vary from country to country and we recommend that you contact your local customs office for further information.
3. Delivery of Products
3.1 - Delivery times in Australia will vary depending upon your location, but will generally take between 5 to 21 days.
3.2 - We will deliver worldwide, but locations outside of Australia may be subject to extended delivery times. Please note there may also be delays due to reduced international courier services and delays in customs clearance.
3.3 - We may require the person accepting the delivery of your order to provide us with proof of that person's identity (including photographic identification) and, where relevant, age. If the order has been paid for by credit card, then we may also ask you to show us that credit card in order for us to conduct our verification checks.
3.4 - When placing your order, you may request the order to be delivered without requiring your signature on delivery. By making this request you acknowledge and agree that:
(a) any person at the delivery address who receives the order is authorised by you to receive that order; and
(b) delivery will be at your risk and we will not be liable if the order is damaged in any way or lost.
3.5 - If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, we may contact you to confirm the correct address. You will be liable for all additional delivery charges incurred in the return and re-delivery of your order.
3.6 - If the quantities of Product that you order are not available for dispatch at the time of your order, your delivery may be delayed. You will be notified of this within 1 to 3 business days. In the unlikely event that we are unable to source the required quantity, we will supply you with the available quantity and refund the amount you have paid in respect of the shortfall.
4. Refunds, returns and exchanges
4.1 - If you wish to return an ordered Product, please contact us at returns@rygg.au and our team will be happy to assist.
4.2 - If your ordered Product is damaged or faulty at the time of delivery to you, we will provide either an exchange or a refund, as specified by you. If we are unable at the time of return to exchange the Product, we will refund you the amount initially debited for the purchase, excluding any shipping or postage charges.
4.3 - If you are unhappy with an ordered Product for any reason (aside from damaged or faulty goods), we will endeavour to replace the Product provided that your return of the Product is made within fourteen (14) days of delivery with valid proof of purchase provided that the contents of the product are not damaged, the seal of the products are not broken and the tags remain intact. You will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items including our un-pack and handling fee of 30% of the actual purchase price.
4.4 - You bear the risk of loss during the shipment of any returned Products, as well as the cost of shipment. We recommend that you take steps to insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
4.5 - We will endeavour to process refunds within approximately fifteen (15) business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned Products. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on our Website less shipping or postage costs. We do not offer refunds for 'change of mind' or on any Products designated on the Website as non-returnable.
4.6 - Our Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the Products repaired or replaced if the Products fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

5.2 - In order to register with us and purchase any Products, you will need to provide certain information, including Personal Information.
