No requirements

At least one case (12 units) of any product. Each case is limited to a single product.

We are not currently offering sample packets of each product; we do provide a product information insert that can be handed out. We will be sure to update you with as we introduce new offerings. In the meantime, make sure to tag us at with any photos/videos you take of our Rygg customers as we love to highlight our communities across the world.

Shipping & Returns

Just head to the Account section, sign in, and click on Orders—like a digital treasure map, it’ll show you exactly where your goodies are. You’ll also get an email with tracking info once your order ships, so you can refresh that page obsessively like the rest of us.

Our fulfilment team moves fast (like, Olympic sprinting fast), so once your order’s in, it may already be on its way to you before we can change it. That said, email us at hq@rygg.au ASAP with your order number and the details, and we’ll do our absolute best to intercept it.

We accept all the usual suspects: Mastercard, VISA, PayPal, ShopPay, Apple Pay, and AfterPay. Basically, if it can safely pay for tacos online, it’ll work here too.

As soon as your order is processed, your card will be charged. No shady stuff—just a clean swipe and we’re on our way.

First off—yikes, we’re so sorry! That’s definitely not the experience we want you to have. Snap a photo of the package within 48 hours and send it (along with your order number and details) to hq@rygg.au We’ll jump on it like a cat on a laser pointer.

Changed your mind? No problem. Email hq@rygg.au within 30 days of receiving your order. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging (we’re sentimental like that). Right now, return shipping isn’t covered—so you’ll need to handle that part.

Give our customer service team a day or two to review your request. Once your return is scanned by the shipping carrier, it’ll be officially in motion. Credit card refunds typically take 3–10 business days to show up on your statement, depending on how who you bank with.
